A week later

This time one week ago, I was about half way done with my 14-hour wait for the new xbox 360. Crazy? Yes. Cold? Yes. Wet? Yes. Worth it? Yes.

I am glad to say that the only time my xbox has seemed to fail is when i brought it home and the invisible tape that hardly anyone had seen was on the disc drive caused the box not to open. Other than that, smooth sailing.

I've been reading some of the posts of the poor people who's xbox is breaking. It seems that the power supply is the issue. My guess is that they didn't take the time to think through the fact that the power supply is GIGANTIC and has fans. Probably shouldn't put it on the carpet near the other electronics where it's already hot. Just a thought.

Christmas concert setup starts tomorrow. The joy of screen blending :) Hopefully all will come through. We'll find out soon enough. Please pray for me.
