Long Weekend

So, this weekend was a long one. I had class on Friday night followed by a rousing rendition of 5th Quarter. Then, back in class for 8 more hours on Saturday. After that, I got home in time for the last quarters of the Penn State-UofM & Notre Dame-SC games. I was torn on the first. Penn State losing is good for OSU, but it's Michigan... I just felt bad to see PSU lose that way. THEN, only minutes later, ND loses the same way. It's not that I'm a huge ND fan; just incredible sick of flippin' SC winning.

After those games, I felt betrayed by football in general and watched the NASCAR race because even the baseball game was over by the time I flipped to it.

I did get to spend some time with a friend who was in from seminary in Pitt. That was quality and positive. As was church today - seeing students and hanging with them is always a plus.

Tomorrow, the forecast is that I'll have yet a gain another long day. Full day seminar, then class for 3 more hours!! Only 2 months to December when I get a break!!!!!! Can't wait!
